Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the SoftPulse Digital website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

SoftPulse Digital provides web design, development, SEO, branding and AI automation services. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Quotes & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Standard website packages require no advance payment — you pay after the completed website is reviewed and approved.
• Custom and large projects above $300 require a 30% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due on completion and your approval.
• Package prices cover the deliverables listed for that package; additional work is quoted separately before starting.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner, and confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, logos) do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Revisions & Approval

Design revisions are included as described in your package. Once you approve the final deliverable, further changes are handled as new work or under a maintenance plan.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website, design files and content we create for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways, AI platforms). Their availability and pricing are controlled by those providers, not by us.

7. Warranties & Liability

We build to modern standards and test thoroughly, but no website can be guaranteed to be error-free or achieve specific rankings or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable. Where a deposit applies (custom projects above $300), it covers work already performed and is non-refundable once design work has begun.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. FixMySite AI – Claude Bridge Software Terms

These additional terms apply to Claude Bridge, the connector generator sold at softpulsedigital.com/FixMySiteAI (“Claude Bridge”). Where they differ from the sections above, these terms apply to Claude Bridge.

11.1 License

Each license key activates one website domain for 365 days from the day you first generate a connector with it. Multi-site packs give you one key per website. You may not share, resell or redistribute license keys or generated files, or remove or bypass the license check. If you need to move a key to a different domain, contact support.

11.2 Free trial

We may offer a free 7-day trial key so you can test Claude Bridge on your own website before buying. Trial keys follow these same terms and stop working when the trial ends.

11.3 Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Licenses do not renew automatically; to continue after 365 days, buy a new license.

11.4 Support and refunds

If Claude Bridge does not work on your website, email softpulsehub@gmail.com with your website URL, the generator you used and the error you see. We will work with you to fix the issue. Because a free trial is available and generated files cannot be returned, payments are generally non-refundable once a key has been used. If we are unable to resolve a technical problem, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you have under the law of your country.

11.5 Your responsibilities

Claude Bridge lets Claude AI read and change files, content and database records on your website. You are responsible for the instructions you give Claude, for reviewing its changes, for keeping your own backups, for keeping your connector URL private, and for removing the connector when you no longer need it. Deleted files are moved to a _trash folder, but we cannot guarantee that any data can be recovered.

11.6 Your data

Our license server stores only your license key, the domain it is activated on, its expiry date and an order note. The connector runs on your own server; we do not receive your website files, database contents or your conversations with Claude. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic’s own terms.

11.7 No affiliation with Anthropic

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Claude Bridge is an independent product made by SoftPulse Digital and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic.

11.8 Warranty and liability

Claude Bridge is provided “as is”. Section 7 applies to Claude Bridge, and our total liability for Claude Bridge is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

11.9 Suspension

We may disable a license key that is shared, resold, used on a domain it was not activated for, or used to harm other websites or services.

12. SoftPulse Visual Page Builder Pro – Refunds

SoftPulse Visual Page Builder is available free, so you can test it fully before buying Pro. If SoftPulse Visual Page Builder Pro does not work for you, email info@softpulsedigital.com within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are not available after 14 days, or for annual renewals once they have been charged; you can cancel renewal at any time from your account. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record, and its buyer terms also apply. Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you have under the law of your country.
