The Real Problem

In a Salon, the Money Leaks at the Desk

Not in one obvious way — in small gaps, every week, that a diary and a cash box cannot show you.

The Diary Only Lives in One Head

The person who takes bookings knows the day. When she is off, double bookings and gaps appear, and a stylist sits idle on a Saturday.

Package Balances Get Argued Over

A client bought six sessions and thinks two are left. Your book says one. Nobody can prove it, so you give the session away.

Nobody Knows What Each Chair Earns

Total takings you know. What each stylist actually brought in, after her commission and the products she used, is a guess.

What the Software Does

The Desk Gets Calmer and the Numbers Get Honest

Appointment Calendar

Book by stylist, room or chair. The day is visible to everyone at the desk, so a booking does not depend on one person remembering it.

Packages & Memberships

Sessions bought and sessions used are counted by the system. The balance on screen ends the argument before it starts.

Staff Commission

Each service is credited to the person who did it. At month end the commission sheet is already written instead of being reconstructed.

Retail & Backbar Stock

Shampoo, colour and retail products are tracked as they are used and sold, so you reorder on a number instead of a feeling.

Client History

Previous services, colour formulas and preferences sit on the client record, so the next stylist does not start from zero.

Daily Takings & Profit

Services, retail and discounts split out at close of day, per branch and per staff member.

Who It Is For

And Who It Does Not Suit

We would rather tell you now than after you have spent a week setting it up.

A Good Fit If…

  • You run one or more salons, spas or beauty studios
  • You sell packages, memberships or prepaid sessions
  • You pay staff on commission and want it calculated, not argued
  • You want the owner to see takings without standing at the desk

Probably Not If…

  • You are a single mobile stylist with a handful of clients — a notebook is genuinely enough
  • You need medical-grade clinical records for cosmetic procedures
  • Your internet is out for hours at a time most days

FAQ

Salon Owner Questions

Both work. The desk can book from the calendar, and you can also let clients request a slot from a booking page that drops straight into the same calendar so there is only ever one diary.
Every service is credited to the person who performed it at the rate you set, per service or as a flat percentage. The sheet is built as the day happens, so month end is a report rather than an evening of adding up.
You enter the remaining balance once when you start, and from that point the system counts down as sessions are used. Most salons do this during the free trial with help, using their existing register.
The booking screen is the part they touch and it is deliberately plain: pick a stylist, pick a time, pick a service. Open the demo and hand it to the person who actually books — her reaction is worth more than our opinion.
Yes. Staff, stock and takings stay separate per branch while you see the combined picture. Two branches are included on Standard and five on Professional.
Your client records are yours, are never shared with another salon, and can be exported whenever you want, including if you decide to leave.
