Frequently asked questions
How much does a clean cost?
Regular domestic cleaning starts at £18 an hour with a 2.5 hour minimum, and that includes all products and equipment. A typical two-bed flat works out around £45–£54 a visit. End of tenancy is a fixed price from £185 for a one-bed. Every rate is listed in the services section above.
Do I have to be home?
No, and most of our clients aren't. We can hold a key — coded, never labelled with your address, kept in a safe. If you'd rather be there for the first visit to walk your cleaner round, that's usually a good idea.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes. That's the point of how we're set up. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we'll ask you before sending someone else, rather than surprising you with a stranger.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes, everything is included in the hourly rate — fragrance-free and pet-safe as standard. If you'd prefer we used your own products, or have allergies or a surface that needs something specific, just say so when you book.
Are you insured?
We carry £2m public liability insurance, and every cleaner is DBS-checked and right-to-work verified before they're allocated to a property. Certificates are available on request.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo the room at no charge. We'd rather fix it than argue about it — and knowing where we fell short is how we stop it happening again.
Is there a contract?
Not for domestic work. Pause, change frequency or stop whenever you like — we just ask for 48 hours' notice so the cleaner's day isn't left empty. Commercial contracts are agreed in writing with a notice period we set together.
