AutoPro started with two ramps and one van. Eighteen years later there are six ramps and nine of us, and the thing that hasn't changed is that you speak to the person who worked on your car.
We keep modern diagnostic equipment because guessing is expensive — for us and for you. If a repair isn't worth doing on a vehicle's value, we'll say so. If a fault can wait until next service, we'll say that too. It costs us a job now and keeps the customer for a decade.

Do I need an appointment?
For anything on a ramp, yes — it means a technician and a bay are set aside for you. Quick checks like a warning light read, tyre pressures or a battery test we will usually do while you wait if you drop in.
Do you provide diagnostics?
Yes. We use manufacturer-level scan tools that read live sensor data across every control module, not just a generic fault code. We explain what the reading means before recommending anything.
How long does a typical repair take?
Routine servicing, brakes and tyres are usually same-day. Diagnostics take one to two hours. Larger jobs such as clutches or timing belts are typically one to two days, and we confirm the timing when you book.
Do you service all vehicle makes?
We cover most cars, SUVs, vans and light trucks including European, Japanese and Korean marques, on petrol, diesel and hybrid. A handful of specialist vehicles need main-dealer equipment — we will tell you honestly at booking rather than after.
Do you provide maintenance services?
Yes — interim and full servicing, fluid changes, timing belts, air-conditioning and pre-MOT inspections, all recorded so your service history stays intact.
Can I request a quote before repair?
Always. Nothing is carried out without your approval, and if we find something extra once the vehicle is stripped, we stop and phone you before touching it.
